Networking Groups
The Referral Exchange Development Group (RED Group) is the cornerstone of the Small Business Development section of The Pride Chamber.
As a category-exclusive referral group for business-level members of the chamber, RED works to increase business through a well-monitored, encouraging and professional networking organization that helps develop long-lasting referral relationships with LGBTQ+ & allied business owners and professionals.
RED members must commit to attend regularly scheduled meetings, held twice a month. Check out our calendar and visit one of our three chapters to learn how - Thinking RED will have your business seeing GREEN.
EMERGE
EMERGE is a program consisting of LGBTQ+ professionals and aspiring professionals under 40, creating paths of success and nurturing professional growth through networking and educational opportunities. The Emerge Business Leadership Academy consists of future business leaders, who want a comprehensive business education with an intentional focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.
For young LGBTQ+ professionals and allies who wish to be involved with The Pride Chamber but do not own a business, nor are employed by a member business. The EMERGE Business Leadership Academy is a 12 week courses that is only $199.00 each graduate will receive a free membership for one year at our Small Business level for their personal use. This includes FREE or discounted access to all of our other networking and educational opportunities. Please note, this level does not include a directory listing or RED eligibility. * Membership is non-transferable.

Florida’s transgender and nonbinary community, especially communities of color, continue to face unthinkable levels of harassment, discrimination, and violence. The recent repeal of a number of protections for transgender people has only made their lives more dangerous.
