Purpose
The purpose of the Foundation is to cultivate a future where LGBTQ+ businesses and allies can thrive personally, professionally and financially. We achieve this by providing resources, education, mentorship, and advocacy to empower LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs, professionals, and allies through financial support. Through fundraising, resource sharing and mission alignment with The Pride Chamber of Orlando, we offer tangible support to community entrepreneurs, businesses of all sizes, corporate partners and our allies. By championing diversity through economics, business leadership development and fostering inclusivity within all workplace settings, we create an environment where the LGBTQ+ business community and our allies feel supported and valued. Additionally, our dedication to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within Central Florida’s economy extends to investing in resources, programming and gatherings to support the next generation of LGBTQ+ business leaders and allies.
