Mission and Vision

The Emerge Business Leadership Academy aims to provide a platform for the professional growth and business development of our future business leaders. It offers a comprehensive, hands-on educational program for future business leaders of large corporations or aspiring entrepreneurs, with an intentional focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Goals:

Emerge will graduate a cohort of new business leaders each class quarter, prepared to succeed in their respective careers and professions. Graduates will be uniquely prepared to excel in the workplace, become leaders in their fields, and advocate for equality in the workplace so that everyone feels safe, seen, and affirmed. Emerge also fosters a strong community, building lasting relationships and skills through shared experiences and knowledge.

This program is designed for LGBTQ+ and allied professionals who are early in their careers or leadership journeys. It provides opportunities for growth through purposeful networking and practical learning experiences, empowering emerging leaders to thrive in today’s business landscape.
