Come Out With Pride, Inc. is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization inspired to make an impact in Orlando’s LGBTQ+ community. Celebrated in October, Come Out With Pride welcomes everyone from Central Florida and beyond to come together and #keepdancingorlando!
Orlando’s Pride parade history began with a small rally in 1991 organized by Orlando Regional Pride in the name of equality for the LGBT community. By June 2005, organizing groups had dissolved and so the MBA spearheaded the creation of a new event. In January 2006 Come Out With Pride, Inc. Was created as its own 501(c)(3) under the MBA Orlando umbrella.
The annual celebration is now Central Florida’s signature LGBTQ+ Pride event and is one of the most loved Gay Pride events in the country. Each year Come Out With Pride draws over 175,000 people to the shores of Lake Eola and provides a joyful platform for our entire LGBTQ+ Community to celebrate our authentic lives. Funds raised from the event make it possible to provide grants to other LGBTQ+ non-profit organizations in our area. In each of the last two years, the Pride Gives Back program has donated over $30,000 to local LGBTQ organizations and students.
