We are the LGBT Chamber of Commerce dedicated to the business equality movement in the Greater Orlando area and beyond. Formerly called MBA Orlando, we have changed our name to The Pride Chamber to better reflect who we are.
About The Pride Chamber
Central Florida is one of the most progressive areas of our state, and we are proud to call it home as we push for change in the workplace for all of our community members. Until everyone is treated equally, and has equal opportunities and protections, we have much work to do.
As members of the The Pride Chamber, we strive to recognize, promote and improve LGBT businesses and the LGBT business community and to that end, agree to be honor bound by the Code of Business Ethics.

We stand as a vital resource for small businesses, large corporations, LGBT-owned enterprises, community members, government leaders and allies. Our mission is to bridge the divides that separate these groups, by promoting unity and shared Equality through economics.

We achieve this by offering a diverse range of events, resources, and education that promote business growth and strengthen connections among our members. Through these endeavors, we envision a future where economic prosperity, equality, and equity go hand in hand.
Founded on the values of
The Pride Chamber serves as a resource for small businesses and large corporations, as well as LGBT-owned businesses, community members, and allies – and we strive to bridge the gap between them. We are one of five LGBT chambers of commerce in Florida contributing efforts and growth strategies to the business community and the business equality movement.
We offer a variety of events to promote business growth as well as inclusion and diversity within the business community. Our members benefit economically and build connections with other members for the purpose of strengthening the Central Florida business community through equality and inclusion.
