We are the LGBTQ+ and ally Chamber of Commerce dedicated to the business equality movement in the Greater Orlando area and beyond. Formerly called MBA Orlando, we have changed our name to The Pride Chamber to better reflect who we are.
About The Pride Chamber
Central Florida is one of the most progressive areas of our state, and we are proud to call it home as we push for change in the workplace for all of our community members. Until everyone is treated equally, and has equal opportunities and protections, we have much work to do.
As members of The Pride Chamber, we strive to recognize, promote, and improve LGBTQ+ and ally businesses and the business community, and to that end, agree to be honor bound by the Code of Business Ethics.
Mission Statement
The Pride Chamber’s mission is to promote educational programming that fosters economic growth and opportunities among LGBTQ+ owned and allied businesses, corporations, and professionals in Florida and society at large. We encourage fellowship and support among businesses, professionals, individuals, and charitable pursuits in the LGBTQ+ and allied communities. We oppose prejudice and discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity in the workplace and society at large, and foster communication, acceptance, and mutual support among LGBTQ+ persons and their allied communities. We champion economic opportunities through robust resource sharing and programming for the LGBTQ+ business community and allies.

We achieve this by offering a diverse range of events, resources, and education that promote business growth and strengthen connections among our members. Through these endeavors, we envision a future where economic prosperity, equality, and equity go hand in hand.
Founded on the values of
The Pride Chamber serves as a resource for small businesses and large corporations, as well as LGBTQ+ and ally-owned businesses, community members, and government leaders. We are one of five LGBTQ+ and ally chambers of commerce in Florida contributing efforts and growth strategies to the business community and the business equality movement.
Our members benefit economically and build valuable connections, strengthening the Central Florida business community through equality and inclusion.
